Framework’s Loan Administration module enables the comprehensive management of loan portfolios and increases efficiency through the automation of interest accruals, billing and payment management.
All types of loan are catered for including mortgage-type loans.
The Loan Administration module:
- allows income parameters to be set up at the start of the income period and then automatic accrual of income and sending of invoices or reminders.
- dictates that if historical adjustments are made the calculation should be revised throughout the period of the loan and a calculation sheet provided.
- ensures collection of interest is closely monitored and interest arrears calculated as appropriate.
- ensures routines for fees, loans, dividends and redemptions can be set up.
- provides all billing routines with the ability to have all calculations accessible for invoices.
