Application Training

3i Infotech – Framework recommends training for all modules implemented by the client to ensure optimum use of and maximum benefit from the application. We recognise that trainees will fall into several different categories and therefore offer training for three different groups of users:

New Customer Training

As part of the initial implementation of Framework, training courses are designed to enable attendees to be capable of administering and using the application software to its full potential. As such there are three main groups targeted for training: IT Administration, Business Administration and Business Users. Training is a combination of theoretical explanation, system demonstration and practical exercises. All courses are in modules of either half or full day.

Existing Customer Training

Staff turnover is inevitable for most organisations and invariably new starters are taught by colleagues picking up bad habits and inefficient practices. Following a Training Needs Analysis, 3i Infotech – Framework Training will create a plan for training existing or new staff in a combination of refresher and new hire courses.

Advanced User Training

For those users who are familiar with Framework but may not be using the appliction to its full potential, we offer advanced training. These courses aim to develop further client knowledge and enhance the user experience helping to ensure the greatest value is derived from the application.

All of the above courses are delivered specifically for individual clients following a training needs analysis.

Public Schedule Courses

In addition to customer-specific training, we offer the following courses open to our clients:

Framework Analyser Basic
User Data Sheets
Framework Analyser Advanced
