An Executive Level Briefing
25 Canada Square, London, E14 5LQ
Date: May 20, 2010
09.00 to 13.00 followed by networking lunch
For a long time “client reporting” simply referred to the paper reports that detailed an individual’s stock holdings. Over recent years with the development of new technologies and distribution channels the content and report production processes have evolved more rapidly. Moreover, the remit of many client reporting departments is growing, in some cases to such an extent that there is a now a debate over whether “client reporting” should become “client communications”.
This half day seminar will examine the different ways in which client reporting as a function and the reports themselves are changing in response to both client demands and the enabling technology.
The agenda will include:
- Simon Harris, Partner at Investment Solutions Consultants
Simon will present a broad introduction to the future trends we can expect to see in client reporting as this important business function rapidly evolves.
- Jeremy Jensen, Lead Partner at PwC for Private Banking & Wealth Management
Following the recent scandals within the industry, clients more than ever, are looking for transparent, in depth reporting from their Private Bankers. Jeremy, will share his insight on how the industry needs to adapt to enable this to happen and will share his thoughts on how Private Banks and Wealth Managers can use compliance with client demand as a powerful marketing tool.
- Panel-led discussion hosted by Sophia Morrell, Editor of International Custody & Fund Administration
Sophia will share her thoughts on the future trends in client reporting before encouraging further debate between the panellists and delegates.
- Networking lunch
