3i Infotech’s service offering includes an application service and support agreement that can be customised as you require including service level agreements, your own dedicated support team and coverage to suit your needs, including 24x7x365 cover. It is possible to start off with the ‘basic’ model of cover and add as you require or on an ad hoc basis.
rhymeSIGHT can be deployed either as a self-hosted solution or 3i Infotech can provide a fully managed service. As all organisations are different it is recognised that this type of service needs to be customised to meet your requirements. We are able to provide this with a pedigree and referenceable service second to none.
