Retail/Wholesale Lockbox Processing - Transaction Management Software (TMS) Image

J&B Software's Transaction Management System (TMS)™ software combines both retail and wholesale remittance transaction processing under a single platform, making it the most comprehensive payment processing system available. Built with our Hub & Spoke architecture and open-ended technologies, TMS is the most efficient and flexible solution for both small and high volume processing. The solution has been installed in hundreds of organizations, fulfilling the needs of companies in the financial, credit card, insurance, public sector, transportation, and other industries.

TMS 2010 is a fully featured retail/wholesale remittance product, containing all remittance processing features such as Pass 1, Pass 2, check and stub data entry, scanline fix and balancing. Additionally, TMS captures, processes and applies business rules to full-page documents, prints document images from all data entry functions, provides data entry tools such as rubberbanding and intelligent character recognition, and customizes each user's access to data.

TMS can run as a standalone installation or can be optionally installed for central Hub and remote Spoke mode. All data storage, retrieval and administration are performed at the Hub. The TMS system, database and archive reside at the Hub. Data capture functions, e.g. Pass 1 and Pass 2, are performed at the remote sites, referred to as 'Spokes', and may also be done at the Hub.

Some of the advantages of the TMS 2010 Solution include:
