Log a call
Logging a call provides you with the ability to place and monitor requests electronically. Upon completion of the call, a document detailing the issue will be generated by 3i Infotech and allocated to the appropriate resource. You will then hear from us shortly.

View or update open calls
Clients can view all calls that they currently have open with 3i Infotech and can add and amend the details of the issue. Calls will contain up to date information with regards to the status of the call. Clients can request the closure of calls within this facility.
