  • The Arrow database mirrors the data in CREST including stock positions, cash postings, securities data, participant data etc., automatically updated at user-defined intervals
  • A workflow system is utilised to control the flow of transactions through business processes, allowing a manager to redefine business processes, monitor the flow of work, and actively manage the allocation of staff
  • An alert facility can be used to identify defined critical events in CREST bringing them immediately to the attention of the user. These events may include anything from failure of a payment bank to sanction a CAP, to securities being disabled by CREST
  • The provision for flexible and user defined event scheduling to control and manage the retrieval and delivery of data between Arrow, CREST and existing back-office systems
  • A facility to automatically reconcile data held in Arrow, CREST and existing back-office systems, removing the laborious and intensive task of manual comparisons of holdings over three systems
  • A comprehensive suite of standard reports, easily adaptable to include customer specific enquiries and reports within the Arrow GUI. Integration to third party report generators is also available
