rhymeSIGHT Corporate Actions enables the user to accurately control and process corporate actions across multiple portfolios at any one time.
Following receipt of the activity details from either your market data provider and/or custodian, an entitlements pre list is then produced providing details of the before and after status, which can then be validated and altered where necessary. When a validated pre list is released and processed, the solution will perform the relevant increases and decreases to a client’s holdings and/or cash positions automatically.
Users may also opt to input client choices individually for an event, or options may be defaulted in bulk across a nominee code, or across all outstanding decisions. Options may also be taken in part e.g. take up some rights, sell some and lapse the remainder.
