From a modest beginning in December 2001, with just two employees in Singapore, 3i Infotech Asia Pacific has grown at 69% compounded annual growth rate (CAGR), to emerge into a multimillion-dollar operation having four offices, each in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Sydney and staffed by about 400 skilled knowledge workers. From zero visibility in the Asia Pacific market and fierce competition to outwit, our team forged ahead with determination to clinch 171 customers, several of whom are regional brands and Fortune 500 outfits, spread across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Hong Kong, Cambodia, China, Laos, Taiwan, Vietnam, Australia and Thailand. |
Some of the proudest moments for us were witnessing our wins in the region. We clinched the Service Provider of the Year honor for both 2005 & 2006 at the Asia Insurance Industry Awards. We further went on to win the Service Provider of the Year for 2007 at the Australian Banking & Finance Awards. Industry recognition of this scale in our formative years has been indeed very gratifying for us and we are delighted to receive the accreditation.
Armed with a portfolio of good references and industry accreditations, we are much more equipped and confident to take on the market today. For the way forward, we aspire to establish 3i Infotech as a well recognized brand and the preferred provider of quality IT solutions to Enterprises, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance verticals.
